Items ordered through pre-orders & pre-sales, are a final sale.


For full price purchases of in stock items (excluding any holiday items), you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused with tags still intact and in the original bag you received it in. Upon approval, you will be refunded the purchase price minus any original shipping charges.  Any purchases that used a discount or sale code that is higher than the 10% off welcome code may be returned for store credit ONLY. 


Exchanges will be accepted within 14 calendar days for any item(s) that are unwashed and unused with original tags still attached, or in original box/packaging. If we do not have the item you are needing, a refund or store credit will be given. 


You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the reason for return was a damaged item.


Half Down - Half at Shipping Option for Pre-Sale Only

By choosing the half down/half later option, you are agreeing to the terms that once the invoice for the second half is sent to you, there is a two week grace period to get it paid.  After the two weeks, if there is no contact from the customer, the items go back onto the website and your original deposit is forfeited. We understand that life happens and if you need more time to pay the second half, we are happy to work with you on that but we need to be contacted prior to the two weeks being up.
